This tenant improvement of a warehouse production facility spanned over 9 different phases of construction while remaining occupied as a sanitary space for kombucha production. We coordinated a public works permit, multiple architectural reviews through the city for exterior changes, Energy Trust of Oregon incentives for energy efficiency upgrades, and full MEP coordination for new equipment, drainage, process piping, lighting, HVAC, and process waste. Maximizing the tilt-up concrete building’s volume, we added a second floor for offices over the existing office spaces and multiple storage lofts for additional equipment and production storage, along with a machine shop and additional loading bays, allowing the company to expand nationwide.
